You can ask us to delete your data at any time. This page explains how.

If you are a customer of a business

Ask the business you wrote to, or contact us through the contact page with the phone number you used. We remove the conversation and contact record from the business’s workspace.

If you have a 24msg account

Contact us through the contact page from your account e-mail and we delete your account and workspace. Self-service deletion in the app is coming.

What is deleted

Conversations, messages, contacts, templates and stored channel credentials. Records we must keep by law, such as invoices, are kept for the required period.

Disconnect from Meta

You can also remove 24msg from your WhatsApp Business account in Meta Business settings. Message delivery stops immediately.
