Cookie policy

24msg uses only the cookies and storage the service needs to work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner to accept.

1. What we store

Session cookie: keeps you signed in after login (strictly necessary, expires on sign-out or after inactivity).
Preferences in your browser's local storage: theme (light or dark) and selected workspace. These never leave your device.

2. Analytics

When enabled, we measure product usage with Umami, a privacy-friendly tool that runs on our own server (a.webgrup.com). It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint you, and does not record message content or phone numbers.

3. Third parties

Only the "Connect with Facebook" step loads Meta's Facebook SDK, and only on the page where you connect a WhatsApp number; Meta may set its own cookies there. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking the session cookie prevents signing in.
