How the 24-hour reply window works

When you can reply freely and when you need a template.

24msg shows the time left on every conversation and hides the free-text box once the window closes.

When the customer replies again, the window opens for another 24 hours.

The wrong kind of message is blocked before it leaves, so you do not put your number's quality rating at risk.
