Message templates and Meta approval

Review usually takes minutes to a few hours, and the decision is Meta's. The status shows in the Templates list, and if a template is rejected, Meta's reason is shown.

Use variables such as {{1}} for names or order numbers and give an example value for each, so reviewers can see what the message looks like.

Templates belong to your WhatsApp account, so every number in that account can use them.
