Keep using the WhatsApp Business app (Coexistence)
One number in your phone app and in 24msg.
Your team answers from the shared inbox, and messages you send from the phone also appear there.
Some limits come from Meta, for example which features the app supports on a connected number. 24msg shows what applies to your number.
Availability depends on Meta's rules for your country and number. If Coexistence is not offered for your number, you can still connect it as a standard number.
